STUDIO Cloud Platform Engineering is a turnkey cloud services platform dedicated to Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments. It includes modules such as BUILD, RUN, and MCO, as well as 24/7 support to address infrastructure, data, security, and collaboration needs.

The STUDIO offer is aimed at companies of all sizes:
Small businesses looking to outsource certain IT tasks.
Medium-sized businesses requiring advanced technical support.
Large companies with complex infrastructure management, cloud optimization or security needs.

STUDIO offers unique flexibility thanks to its time-credit based model, real-time monitoring via Power BI, and multi-domain expertise covering all Microsoft Cloud & AI solutions.

Time credits can be used according to the customer's needs. Each intervention (BUILD, RUN, or MCO) is invoiced according to the duration and level of expertise required. Credits are renewable on a monthly basis, with a validity period adapted to the type of contract (12 to 24 months).

You can choose from several options:

Premium H24 support.
On-site intervention.
Annual or quarterly audit.

We offer three types of Microsoft certified profiles:
Tech Leader: Expert with over 11 years' experience.
Architect: Specialist with over 8 years' experience.
Engineer : Consultant with over 3 years' experience.

Yes, STUDIO is a modular package. You can adjust the volume of credits, the modules used, and the options to suit your needs.

Pricing depends on the module chosen:
STUDIO Flex : From €100/hour for standard services.
STUDIO Plus: €90/hour for standard services, €110/hour for specialized services.
STUDIO Enterprise : From €80/hour with enhanced SLA.

A precisequotation is drawn up according to your needs.

Invoicing is monthly, based on time credits used. Additional options, such as audits or on-site interventions, are invoiced separately.

Unused credits remain valid until the end of their validity period (12 to 24 months, depending on the offer). After that, they expire.

Le support H24 Premium est particulièrement adapté aux environnements critiques où les interruptions peuvent avoir un impact significatif.

Non, le support H24 est inclus uniquement dans l’offre STUDIO Enterprise pour le Standard. Pour les offres STUDIO Flex et STUDIO Plus, il est disponible en option :
1 000 € par mois pour les clients STUDIO Plus.
1 500 € par mois pour les clients STUDIO Flex.

Les interventions en heures non ouvrées consomment 2 crédits pour chaque heure de service. Cela s’applique également aux demandes de Criticité 1 en mode Premium. 

Oui, il est possible de passer du support H24 Standard au Premium à tout moment en ajoutant l’option Premium à votre contrat. Les coûts supplémentaires seront facturés au prorata du mois en cours.

Nous utilisons une intégration entre Power BI et Azure DevOps pour suivre en temps réel les consommations, avec des rapports mensuels envoyés automatiquement.

Les interventions sont majoritairement effectuées à distance, mais des options d’interventions sur site sont disponibles, facturées en supplément.

Une fois le contrat signé, les services sont activés dans un délai de 5 à 10 jours ouvrés.
