Stages of the CCoE Foundation STUDIO (6 to 8 weeks)

🔹 Phase 1: Assessment and Diagnosis (2 weeks)

Objective: Assess Cloud maturity and identify areas for improvement.
Activities:

• Audit of existing environments (Azure, M365, Security, FinOps, DevOps).
• Risk & compliance assessment (Zero Trust, RGPD, Identity & Access Management).
• Identification of CCoE structuring needs.

🔹 Phase 2: CCoE definition and structuring (3 weeks).
