  • Design and Supervision of Technical Solutions: Responsible for the design, architecture and implementation of solutions adapted to the customer's needs.

  • Technical Coordination and Leadership: Guides the technical teams and coordinates technical interactions between the customer and SILAMIND.

  • Guarantor of Results and Customer Interface: Main point of contact for technical aspects of the project, guarantees customer satisfaction by ensuring efficient delivery.
  • Architecture design: Takes into account technical, security and budgetary constraints to propose optimal solutions.

  • Assessment and Strategic Consulting: Helpsdefine the cloud roadmap and ensures alignment with the customer's business objectives.

  • Implementation supervision: Ensures that solutions are properly integrated into the existing environment, and that performance, security and scalability meet customer requirements.
  • Cloud Solutions Implementation and Management: in charge of configuring, implementing and deploying cloud environments (public, private, hybrid).

  • Technical Support and Maintenance: resolves technical incidents, performs updates and optimizes infrastructures to guarantee service availability.

  • Collaboration and Continuous Improvement: Actively participates in the adjustments needed to improve the scalability, security and performance of cloud systems, while offering day-to-day support.
