Job objective
The Tech Leader Microsoft Cloud Architect for the Security Practice is responsible for the design, supervision of cloud security solutions, and technical leadership on cybersecurity-related projects. He/she guides technical teams in the implementation of Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and other security tools, while ensuring that solutions comply with security standards and meet customer needs.
Main responsibilities
- Design and Supervision of Security Solutions: Design and supervise security architectures based on Microsoft technologies to guarantee the security of customers' cloud infrastructures, including Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Entra.
- Coordination and Technical Leadership: Guide technical teams in the implementation of cloud security solutions, ensuring project consistency and proper execution of technical plans.
- Guarantor of Results and Customer Interface: Act as the main point of contact for technical aspects of security, while guaranteeing customer satisfaction and compliance of delivered solutions with defined objectives.
- Pre-sales and Steering: Participate in pre-sales activities by preparing and presenting customized technical security proposals, while steering projects to ensure delivery on time and in line with customer requirements.
- Project Management: Supervise several cloud security projects, ensuring that deadlines, budgets and technical requirements are met, while ensuring rigorous management of resources.
- Innovation and Technology Watch: Stay at the forefront of cloud security innovation, testing new technologies and participating in conferences and workshops to continuously improve the security solutions offered.

- Monitoring and Protection: Microsoft Defender (EDR), Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM).
- Governance and Compliance: Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Priva.
- Device and application management: Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
Skills required
- Technical:
- Expertise in designing cloud security architectures, with strong skills in Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Entra.
- Proficiency in data governance and compliancesolutions with Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Priva.
- Experience in managing Microsoft Endpoint Managerenvironments to protect and manage enterprise devices and applications.
- Leadership and Project Management:
- Technical leadership and technical team managementskills , with the ability to lead complex security projects.
- Experience in cloud and securityproject management, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects while respecting deadlines and budgets.
- Resource management, including organization and optimization of project teams.
- Certifications: Microsoft Security or similar certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate) are highly recommended.
- Languages: Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- Education: BAC+5 degree, engineer or university equivalent in computer science, cybersecurity, or relevant technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years' experience in the design and implementation of cloud security solutions, with at least 3 years' experience in technical leadership or security project management.
