Job objective
The Microsoft Cloud Architect Tech Leader for the Azure Infrastructure Practice is responsible for the design, supervision of technical solutions, and technical leadership on customer projects. He/she is the guarantor of architectural solutions, coordinates technical teams and ensures customer satisfaction through efficient delivery in line with best practices.
Main responsibilities
- Design and Supervision of Technical Solutions: responsible for the design, architecture and implementation of cloud solutions adapted to customer needs, taking into account technical, budgetary and security constraints.
- Technical Coordination and Leadership: guides technical teams and ensures coordination between SILAMIND teams and customers to guarantee consistency and smooth project execution.
- Guarantor of Results and Customer Interface: main point of contact for technical aspects, responsible for customer satisfaction by guaranteeing the quality of deliverables and the performance of implemented solutions.
- Pre-sales and Steering: actively participate in pre-sales activities, including the preparation and presentation of detailed, customized technical proposals to customers.
- Project Management: oversee several cloud projects, ensuring that deadlines, budgets and specifications are met, and acting as the main point of contact for technical issues.
- Innovation and Technology Watch: stay at the forefront of cloud technology innovation, by attending conferences, conducting internal research, and testing new technologies that can benefit the business.

- Systems and Servers: Windows Server on Azure, SQL Server on Azure, Linux on Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Virtualization and Cloud Management: Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Stack, Azure Arc.
- Automation and Development: Terraform, Bicep, Visual Studio.
- AI and Machine Learning: Azure Open AI.
Skills required
- Technical:
- Expertise in Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Services, Azure App Service, and Azure Red Hat OpenShift.
- Expertise in hybrid environments with Azure VMware Solution, Nutanix Clusters on Azure, SAP on Azure, and AIX on Azure.
- Expertise in infrastructureautomation and management via Terraform, Bicep, and DevOps solutions such as Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Experience with Power Appsplatforms for creating Low-Code/No-Code applications.
- Leadership and Project Management:
- Demonstrated skills in technical leadership and management of technical teams in complex environments.
- Experience in cloudproject management, with the ability to steer multiple, complex projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and technical requirements.
- Resource management and team supervision, with a strong ability to organize, lead and optimize project teams.
- Certifications: Advanced Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g. Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are required.
- Languages: Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- Education: BAC+5 degree, engineer or university equivalent in computer science, software engineering, or relevant technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years' experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure, with at least 3 years in a Tech Leader or Technical Manager role .
