Job objective

The Microsoft Cloud Engineer within the Business Applications Practice is responsible for the configuration, parameterization and integration of business applications in the Microsoft ecosystem. This role covers the entire lifecycle of business projects, from the technical design phase to the implementation and maintenance of solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform.

Main responsibilities

• BUILD: Design, configure and parameterize business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• RUN: Ensure the day-to-day management, maintenance and optimization of the business solutions implemented.
• Configuration and parameterization: Adapt Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions to specific customer needs by customizing functionalities and ensuring their integration.
• Integration: Integrate existing business systems with Microsoft solutions, ensuring the fluidity of processes and data between the different platforms.

Environments and technologies

• Microsoft Dynamics 365: ERP/CRM for managing business operations, including sales, finance, customer relations and logistics.
• Microsoft Power Platform: Suite of No Code / Low Code tools, including Power Apps for application creation, Power Automate for workflow automation, and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.

Skills required

• Technical:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for business module configuration and integration with other systems.
  • Expertise in using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Skills in configuring, parameterizing and integrating business solutions.
  • Experience in implementing and managing complex business solutions on Microsoft Cloud environments.
• Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platformcertifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Power Platform App Maker Associate) are strongly recommended.
• Languages: Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Education: BAC+5 degree, engineer or university equivalent in computer science, software engineering, or relevant technical field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in implementing business solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform.
