Job objective
The Microsoft Cloud Architect Tech Leader for the Azure Data & AI Practice is responsible for the design, supervision of Data & AI solutions, and technical leadership on data and artificial intelligence projects. He/she guides teams in the implementation of DataOps, BI, and AI solutions on Azure, while ensuring customer satisfaction and project delivery according to best practices.
Main responsibilities
- Design and Supervise Technical Solutions: design cloud architectures for Data & AI projects , using Azure services such as Azure SQL, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Power BI. Ensure that data solutions meet customer needs in terms of scalability, performance and security.
- Technical Coordination and Leadership: guide and mentor technical teams, ensuring coordination between internal teams and customers to guarantee smooth project execution.
- Results and Customer Interface: act as the main contact for technical aspects, ensuring customer satisfaction while guaranteeing efficient delivery in line with defined objectives.
- Pre-sales and Steering: participate in pre-sales activities, preparing and presenting detailed technical proposals tailored to customers' Data & AI needs .
- Project Management: supervise several simultaneous projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and technical specifications, while maintaining rigorous follow-up.
- Innovation and Technology Watch: stay at the forefront of innovation in Data & AI technologies , by participating in conferences, conducting internal research and integrating emerging technologies such as Microsoft AI, Azure AI, and Microsoft Fabric.

Skills required
- Technical:
- Expertise in designing and implementing Data & AIarchitectures on Azure.
- Expertise in Azure SQL, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Synapse Analytics, and BI solutions such as Power BI.
- Experience in data management, data governance with Microsoft Purview, and integration of artificial intelligence solutions with Azure AI and Microsoft AI.
- Strong skills in using Microsoft Fabric for data integration and advanced analytics.
- Leadership and Project Management:
- Technical leadership and technical team managementskills , with experience in leading complexData & AI projects.
- Demonstrated experience in cloud project management, ensuring team coordination, adherence to deadlines and budgets, and quality of deliverables.
- Resource management, with the ability to organize, supervise and optimize project teams.
- Certifications: Microsoft Azure certifications in Data or AI (e.g. Azure Data Engineer Associate, Azure AI Engineer Associate) are highly recommended.
- Languages: Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- Education: BAC+5 degree, engineer or university equivalent in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or relevant technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years' experience in designing and implementing Data & AIsolutions on Microsoft Azure, with at least 3 years in a Tech Leader or Technical Manager role .
