Job objective

The Microsoft Cloud Engineer within the Modern Work & Copilot Practice is responsible for the design, implementation and management of Microsoft 365, Windows and Copilot solutions. This role involves the complete management of modern work environments, including identity management, device protection, and the deployment of collaborative services in a Microsoft environment.

Main responsibilities

• BUILD: Design and deploy modern working environments on Microsoft 365, Windows 11 and Windows 365, ensuring compliance and security.
• RUN: Ensure day-to-day management of environments, maintenance and protection of devices and identities.
• Identity management and compliance: Deploy and administer identity management and compliance solutions.
• Application and device deployment: Manage, maintain and protect Windows devices, and ensure the deployment of enterprise applications.
• Migration: Supervise Tenant-to-Tenant and Exchange migrations for customers.
• PowerShell: Automate management and deployment tasks via PowerShell scripts.

Environments and technologies

• Microsoft 365: Complete productivity solutions (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
• Microsoft Teams: Collaboration and communication platform.
• Windows 11 and Windows 365: Desktop and virtual office management.
• Microsoft Viva: Collaborator experience platform.
• Microsoft Copilot: Artificial intelligence solutions to improve efficiency and task automation in Microsoft environments.

Skills required

• Technical:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365technologies , including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
  • Expertise in managing and protecting devices with Windows 11, Windows 365, and Windows Virtual Desktop.
  • Identity management and complianceskills .
  • Experience in Tenant to Tenant and Exchangemigration.
  • Process automation using PowerShell.
• Certifications: Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Modern Workcertifications required (e.g. Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate).
• Languages: Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Education: BAC+5 degree, engineer or university equivalent in computer science, software engineering, or relevant technical field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in managing modern work environments and Microsoft 365 solutions, including identity management and device protection.
